When signing up and paying your monthly subscription, as well as when you hire a bag, accessory or piece of jewellery on our website the banking information you give is always secure. We use a secure system to process payments utilising RBS WorldPay and Sagepay.  Any information entered into our website or volunteered to us over the telephone or by email is treated with the utmost secrecy and security!

Please note that due to email production schedules, when you choose to unsubscribe to our e-mails (newsletters), you may receive any emails already in production.

If for any reason you would like to delete all your online account information from our database, again sign into the “My Account” section and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
