How It Works

Have you heard girls? Renting is the new buying!

We've kept things as easy to use as possible, but if you have any problems - let us know.

The site is broken into 3 main categories - The Accessories Closet, The Bag Bank and the Jewellery Box.

You can hire an item for blocks of weeks, and both 1 week and 4 week options are available for every product. The way our pricing structure works means that to hire a product for 4 weeks may be less expensive than hiring it for 2 weeks, so take this into account when deciding how long to book it for.

Once you have picked your product, and how long you would like it for - please make your booking via our booking diary. There is an individual diary for every item on the site and you simply have to pick your duration of hire, pick the date you want your hire period to start and our diary will block out your booking for it. You can book items up to 6 months in advance. We will then pack it up as beautifully as we can and make sure it gets to you on the desired start date.

To hire an item you must become a member - this can be done in the top right hand corner of the site, by clicking on Sign In. Membership can be free or paid (at £15 per month). Non-paid members can hire 1 item at a time but are required to send us a scan of the front and back of the credit card they use to pay for their purchase. This is for insurance and security purposes, and the details will be kept private of course. Paid members  get regular discounts, promotions etc sent their way as well as being able to hire up to 3 items at a time. Non-paying members have to pay all postage costs on the items they hire. Paid members pay for the return postage, but will be re-imbursed by way of a discount code for the amount of postage they paid which they can use on their next purchase. So postage for paid members is basically free! Membership is paid by standing order.

W hen you go through our checkout you will pay the hire price for the item, and we will make sure that your designer goodie of choice gets to you on your start date. Then all you have to do is enjoy it until it is due back to us. We will remind you when the item must be returned by a few days before you have to say goodbye.
